MyDecisive significantly cuts the manual labor and high vendor costs associated with observability.
The SmartHub is an on-premises solution delivered via a Kubernetes/container mesh utilizing technologies like Prometheus and OpenTelemetry. It is a pre-assembled alternative that eliminates the cost and complexity of integrating disparate systems, allowing for intelligent and scalable control of production environments.
The SmartHub integrates non-disruptively into your existing infrastructure as a “bump in the wire.” All current agents, applications, services, and third-party vendors remain compatible.
Architecturally, the SmartHub is an internal mesh that scales its individual components to maintain minimal costs. It runs entirely on your own cloud environment, offering deployment flexibility:
App-Local: Co-located with managed applications.
Edge: Deployed at a regional level.
Centralized: For unified governance and control by DevOps and SecOps teams.

Install a SmartHub development instance
Utilizing our CLI-like install and management script, you can get a local cluster with the mdai components up and running in a matter of minutes. If you don’t like or trust our scripts, we have a manual-install option as well.
Install and Connect Your OpenTelemetry Collector of choice
Connect your data sources to your data destinations using OpenTelemetry. Introducing OpenTelemetry enables a standardized data transfer protocol, otlp, and other supported protocols, that enables you to unify how you transmit and manage your telemetry streams.
